Vincent letter: Thank you

Thanks to some Good Samaritans.

On Thursday the 22nd, I pulled into Albertsons on Five Mile to wash my SUV. While waiting for a truck ahead of me, I removed my antenna and put it in the passenger side of my car. On stepping back to close the door, I tripped over the curb and fell into the path of a driver entering the lot.

I hit my head on the pavement, which stunned me for a minute or two. A voice asked if I was OK, then offered a hand up. I believe he was the driver. A young lady then appeared, also asking if I was OK. Everyone made sure I was good to go before they left. I don’t remember if I thanked the first gentlemen, but you have my sincere appreciation for coming to my aid, as well as the young lady.

I was a bit dinged and bruised the next morning but was doing OK. I was then on my way to North Idaho to take our granddaughter back home. Thanks again to the good Samaritans of Boise that came to my aid.

Ralph Vincent, Boise
