Nerison letter: President Trump

Our president is making great strides in improving our security. In his recent trip, he is waging war against the extremists and creating alliances that will eventually defeat the terrorists. On the home front, Homeland Security is reducing the threat of letting in dangerous persons — more important than ever considering the bombing in Manchester, England. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is deporting criminals by the thousands and is significantly reducing illegal border crossings. This is due to a president who is willing to lead and has some backbone.

Regarding our economy, the president is reducing regulations, improving trade arrangements and promoting our businesses across the world. More jobs will surely follow and our economy will improve.

I believe the liberal Democrats, the resistance movement, and the biased media is largely in fear that Mr. Trump will be too successful. There is lots of progress being made at the White House and we can expect the country will be in better shape by 2020.
