Waters letter: INL waste

I just read the Sunday, April 23, editorial regarding the INL situation. First, this is not new. Second, the new administration in Washington means nothing. Third, when Gov. Butch Otter is willing to allow some of the waste from INL to be stored in his backyard next to the Boise River, call me and I’ll go along with letting more into Idaho.
