Randolph letter: Marijuana sales

I found the article about Huntington’s (Oregon) marijuana sales to Idahoans quite interesting. I suggest the Idaho Legislature address this cross-border situation with their “fireworks” strategy. They should legalize the sale of marijuana in Idaho, collect substantial tax revenue, but have every marijuana customer sign an affidavit promising that they won’t light up in Idaho.
