Norris letter: GOP health care
What are the Republicans “tax credits” for heath care? Most poor working families have little or no income tax because of their low income, so if tax credits are a deduction, they wouldn’t do poor people any good. What good would a $1,000 deduction do when you already pay no tax? In this case, they still couldn’t afford heath insurance. Could this be clarified?
