Smith letter: Consumer protection
Seems Idaho’s consumer protection laws are meaningless, since there is not one lawyer, including the Attorney General’s Office, that care that I have suffered a loss from a contractor and his actions are in violation of the Idaho Consumer Protection laws.
Being disabled is not supposed to be this complicated, is it? Why are the disabled ignored when we ask for help?
