McDougall letter: ACA

I hope that Congress will take the equitable route when they demolish the Affordable Care Act. Congress should also demolish the standard of health care that federal employees and Congress have enjoyed for years (provided by taxpayers). The American public needs to enjoy or suffer from whatever plan the Republicans devise.
