Fritsch letter: Untested rape kits
Matthew Gamette, director of ISP forensic services labs, does not feel that 541 rape kits yet to be tested, and entered into a national database, is “a ludicrous number.” I can only believe the victims and their families awaiting justice would find Gamette ludicrous.
