Hitesman letter: Dangerous intersection

I am furious over the article in the Sunday, Dec 11, issue. Since the city of Eagle, a high-society, nose-snubbing community, and ACHD have known about this yellow blinking light, then why did it take the death of a 29-year-old to finally pull the plug. I say shame, shame, shame on all parties involved, except the victim and his family.
