Dahlgren letter: Salmon editorial

I appreciate your salmon opinion piece Sunday, Dec. 4. I’ve been involved in the fight to save the fish, and other related battles for years.

I once sued the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power over dewatering a trout stream ... and won.

In my opinion the endless process of another “dam study” is center to the intent of dam supporters to let the fish go extinct. Always, when an issue becomes of concern, the best way to defeat the concern is to continually call for endless studies, which accomplish one thing: extinction.
