Hartog letter: Elect McKenzie
Here in Idaho, the people have the direct ability to choose the next member of the Idaho Supreme Court on Nov. 8. I urge you to vote for Curt McKenzie.
Curt McKenzie is a longtime Idahoan with an impressive academic and legal background. He is highly respected in the Idaho State Senate where he served for 14 years. That service in the Idaho State Senate has made him uniquely qualified to understand the separation of powers between branches of government. He has promised to interpret laws according to their plain language and not legislate from the bench.
