Bammert letter: State of the nation
Field of dreams; I am not alone when I say that the current state of politics is out of control. To vote or not to vote is not the question. To be a Republican or Democrat is not the question. Do we wish to remain a progressive nation is still in question. Heaven help us all less we forget who we are as a nation of individuals. With this in mind let’s not forget the importance of outside-the-plate thinking. If it were not for the World Series of baseball where would we be? Thank you, World Series, for peace of mind in this time of nonsense.
