Silva letter: Job growth in Boise

Why is everyone complaining about job growth? Why in Boise we have had a surge in jobs. We have opened 10 new pizza parlors, plenty of new restaurants, fast-food stands, Uber drivers, a few car washes, several windshield repair shops and 13 new massage parlors.

Manufacturing a big zero, H-P and Micron laying off. With all these new businesses paying low wages, the government (present) must be tickled to grow the percentages of the unemployed. If Hillary Clinton wins you can probably get a career in one or more of these “professional occupations.”
