Anderst letter: Elect McKenzie

Curt McKenzie is the right choice for Idaho Supreme Court.

I would like to offer my endorsement and support of McKenzie for Idaho’s highest court. Over the past four years as a legislator I have witnessed firsthand Curt’s determined protection of individual liberty and support for the Constitution. As we choose a new justice Nov. 8, it seems to me that these attributes are exactly what we need to protect Idaho and Idahoans going forward. It is critical that we elect justices that will not legislate from the bench but will interpret the Constitution as it is written.
