Nelson letter: Raul Labrador

Thank you, Rep. Labrador. I had been working with a federal agency for the better part of four years trying to resolve a missing pension issue. Having been reassigned to five different agents, each asking for the same information previously supplied, I contacted Labrador’s office in desperation. Due to the diligence of Haline Anderson, Labrador’s constituent services representative, the matter has been settled. Without the help of my congressional representative I am not convinced that I would have ever had a successful outcome.
