Tom Cade’s letter about Frank and John Craighead in the Oct. 4 Statesman was spot-on.
And Tom Cade should know. He founded The Peregrine Fund at Cornell in the early ’70s, set up a Western branch at Fort Collins, Colo., in 1974, and moved the entire operation to Boise in the ’80s. The fund’s World Center for Birds of Prey, with associated Archives of Falconry, form a unique, world-renown place about which Tom Cade, Boise and Idaho should be proud.
