Flooding forces polling location change for residents of one precinct in Ada County

Flooding forced Ada County officials to move the polling location for one precinct east of Boise.

The polling place for precinct 1814, located north of Lucky Peak Reservoir, has moved from the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation office to East Junior High School at 5600 E. Warm Springs Ave. in Boise.

The school will serve as a voting place for precincts 1813 and 1814.

Voters can cast their ballots in Tuesday’s election in the small gym at the back of the school near the tennis courts. Poll workers will be at both the school and the parks office assisting voters in finding the correct location.
