Idaho, we want to know: How are you spending your stimulus checks?

Americans across the country are receiving, or are about to get, $1,200 in their bank accounts or mailboxes, thanks to Congress’s $2.2 trillion federal stimulus law.

The goal of the stimulus checks is to boost the economy after whole cities and states shut down many “non-essential” businesses, putting many out of work, to counter the economic damage inflicted by the coronavirus. The Idaho Statesman wants to know: How are you using yours?

Paying a bill? Making an important purchase? Saving it for a rainy day? Tell us below, and we may put it in a future story.

If you want, send us a video at this link or email reporter Hayley Harding at hharding@idahostatesman.com. Your videos may appear in a future Statesman video.
