Coroner IDs 60-year-old woman hit by vehicle in Garden City last month. She died Friday

A 60-year-old woman was pronounced dead early Friday morning, about three weeks after she was struck by a vehicle in Garden City, according to the Ada County Coroner’s Office.

Rhonda Briwick, a Garden City resident, was hit on Nov. 30 near Chinden Boulevard and E. 38th Street, according to the coroner’s report. The accident investigation is being conducted by the Garden City Police Department, which did not immediately return calls for comment.

Briwick was being treated at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, where she was pronounced dead at 12:40 a.m. Friday, the coroner’s report said. Cause of death was listed as traumatic blunt force injuries, and manner of death as an accident.
