Oh, Capitol Christmas tree! How lovely are your lights!

Gov. Brad Little, along with his grandchildren and the Andrus Ambassador Honor Choir and a street full of adults and children, counted down from 10 to light Idaho’s Capitol Christmas tree on Monday, Dec. 2, 2019. This year’s tree, a blue spruce planted in 1977, was donated by Cory and Chelsea Skinner from Garden City. It stands 30 feet tall.
