The Gotham Bay Estate is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom custom-designed estate that was listed for $4.79 million but now is headed to auction July 15 with a starting bid of $1.5 million.

Bidding will take place online exclusively at www.interluxe.com and previews are Friday and Saturday, July 12-13, from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, and Sunday, July 14th, from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
Lake Coeur d’Alene is about a 45-mile drive east from Spokane, Washington.
