Motorcycle crash causes closure on Floating Feather Road in Eagle

Eagle police are asking drivers to avoid part of Floating Feather Road after a motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon.

Both and eastbound are closed lanes were closed on Floating Feather from Eagle Road to N. Ballantyne Lane as police and medics responded to a crash that occurred just before 1 p.m.

Ada County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Lauren Montague told the Idaho Statesman that the crash, which involved a motorcycle and a vehicle, caused injuries. ACSO will provide more information following an investigation, she added.

The Eagle Police Department shared info about the crash on social media, asking drivers to avoid the area. The post stated that those trying to access Eagle Middle School would need to take Ballantyne Lane to Floating Feather.
