Update: Boise Connector near Front is back open after crash causes lane closures

UPDATE (5:35 p.m. Jan. 28): All eastbound lanes on the Boise Connector are back open, according to the Boise Police Department

Traffic officials reported that a car accident near downtown Boise was causing delays for drivers on Wednesday morning.

A crash occurred at about 9:33 a.m. on Interstate 184 near West Front Street in downtown, according to an Idaho Transportation Department advisory.

The accident initially caused all eastbound lanes to be blocked. By about 10 a.m., only the left eastbound lane was blocked, according to the department.

The advisory warned drivers to expect delays and use caution in the Boise Connector area.
