Two people survived the crash of a small plane near the Boise Airport on Saturday.

Boise police and fire departments responded to the scene of the crash near the intersection of North Orchard Street, West Victory Road and West Wright Street, according to a Boise Police Department social media post.

Police said there were two people on board. Their injuries were not life-threatening, according to the department.

Affected roadways were closed to vehicle traffic for more than three hours.

“There are no ongoing impacts to airport operations,” police said.

Boise police, fire and the Boise Airport did not immediately respond to the Idaho Statesman’s request for more information.
