Meridian man who died week after motorcycle crash identified by Ada coroner
A Meridian man was pronounced dead Wednesday afternoon after a motorcycle crash on July 10 left him with traumatic blunt force injuries, according to the Ada County Coroner’s Office.
The man, identified as 37-year-old David Danniel-Chambless, was driving a 2024 Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling west on Interstate 84 last week when he drove off the roadway and crashed at the Eagle Road exit ramp, according to Idaho State Police. The accident happened just after 10 p.m.
Danniell-Chambless was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise and was in the ICU for nearly a week. The coroner listed the cause of death as an accident.
Idaho State Police is still investigating the crash.
