Update: Westbound lanes of Interstate 84 reopen after wreck on Friday near Eagle Road

All westbound lanes of Interstate 84 near the Eagle Road exit have been reopened by Idaho State Police.

ISP warned drivers on social media that the lanes had been closed shortly before 7 a.m. to respond to an accident near mile marker 46. The incident coincided with Boise’s first measurable snowfall of the season.

Motorists driving westbound were being diverted off I-84 at the Eagle exit during the closure.
