One killed, three others hospitalized after crash at Idaho 55 and Floating Feather

A woman died and three other people were hospitalized after a Saturday crash at Idaho 55 and Floating Feather Road, according to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash in Eagle happened just after 3:30 p.m. Saturday, the Sheriff’s Office tweeted. The woman who died was a passenger in one of the cars involved.

Witnesses told deputies a car driving east on Floating Feather Road went through a red light and collided with a car driving south on Idaho 55.

Four people were taken to the hospital, including the woman who later died.

Traffic at the intersection was restricted for hours, the Sheriff’s Office tweeted, and deputies are continuing to investigate the crash.
