Learn about new Boise Pre-K Project

The City of Boise and the Boise School District will hold an open house on a new pre-school program in the Vista neighborhood Thursday.

The program will have 60 4-year-old students in two locations. The Pre K Project is part of a city effort to help boost the Vista area.

The open house is planned at 10:30 a.m. at Whitney Community Center, 1609 S. Owyhee St.

Boise Mayor Dave Bieter and Boise District Superintendent Don Coberly will attend.
