A 28-year-old Boise man is accused of exposing himself to a group of girls and acting inappropriately inside a parked vehicle earlier this year, according to police.

Joshua W. Hudgins was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Ada County Jail on a charge of felony indecent exposure.

Police said Hudgins was arrested in connection with a crime that occurred on the afternoon of Feb. 14 in the parking lot of a retail store near the intersection of West State Street and North Glenwood Street.

Witnesses told officers that an adult male had exposed himself to a group of female minors.

“The man appeared to know his actions could be seen and refused to stop the act,” the police press release says.

The suspect drove away but witnesses provided a partial description of the vehicle. Investigators identified Hudgins as the suspect, and the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office issued a warrant for his arrest.

Police say they have evidence that Hudgins committed similar acts in other parking lots in the city during the past two years. Officers ask that anyone with any information about the suspect, or anyone who may have been a victim of a similar crime, call Crime Stoppers at 343-2677 (COPS).
