Nampa man arrested, accused of possession of child pornography

Investigators arrested the 39-year-old man after they reportedly seized evidence from his computer of child pornography.

Peter Allen Cash, 39, of Nampa was charged with nine counts of sexual exploitation of a child. He faced similar pending child pornography charges in Missouri, according to an Idaho Attorney General release.

The Internet Crimes Against Children Unit of investigators recieved a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about Cash, who reportedly was intending to leave the U.S. for Canada. Cash is now being held in Canyon County Jail, according to the release.
