Man accused of sex with Boise-area girl; are there other victims?
Ada County detectives are working to figure out if a 56-year-old Twin Falls man accused of illegal sexual contact with a pre-teen girl in the Boise area may have other victims.
Michael E. Bosse is charged with four counts of lewd conduct and is being held in the Ada County Jail on a $500,000 bond in connection with the crimes, which reportedly happened around 10 to 15 years ago, the Ada County Sheriff's Office reports.
The victim in the case is well known to Bosse, ACSO says, and the reported abuse occurred at a Boise area home.
Investigators are concerned there might be other victims after police in Montana found a large amount of child pornography Bosse left in a storage unit in 2015 – including images of the alleged victim in the Ada County lewd conduct case.
Ada detectives began their investigation in March after being contacted by the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office in Montana about the storage unit. ACSO arrested Bosse in Twin Falls on Thursday.
It appears Bosse left the Boise area in the late 2000s and moved to eastern Idaho and then Montana before moving to the Twin Falls area last year, the sheriff's office reports. He drove a school bus in the Twin Falls area for a brief time last fall.
The crime of lewd conduct is punishable by up to life in prison.
Anyone with information on Bosse is asked to call Ada County Sheriff’s detectives at 577-3734.
