Nampa man gets 5 to 20 years for Boise bank robbery

Mark Allen Price, 46, was sentenced Friday for robbing a Wells Fargo branch on Fairview Avenue on Dec. 10.

Price got away with an undisclosed amount of cash that afternoon, but police distributed surveillance photos of a man with distinctive tattoos and a gray goatee. Tips from the public helped lead investigators to Baker City, Ore., where Price was arrested the day after the robbery.

Price must serve five years of his 20-year sentence before he is eligible for parole, the Ada County Prosecutor's Office reports.

He has been held at the Ada County Jail since December on $500,000 bond.
