Boise police search for man who robbed D.L. Evans Bank on Fairview
The robber did not display a weapon but demanded money from a clerk and took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.
The robbery was reported just after 6 p.m. at the D.L. Evans Bank in the 6000 block of West Fairview Avenue, police said. The man was last seen headed north away from the bank.
Police distributed two photos of the suspect, described as a thin white man about 30 years old and about 6 feet tall. He wore a blue cap, black sunglasses, blue jeans and white shoes.
Anyone with information about the robber or the robbery is asked to call non-emergency dispatch at 377-6790 or Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS.
