Kuna man admits to sexual contact with 3 teen girls

Jakob Moench, 25, has pleaded guilty to three related felonies, one for each girl, according to online court records and the Ada County Sheriff’s Office. He’s scheduled to be sentenced for all three on June 15.

Moench was originally charged in January with lewd conduct with a child under 16 for an incident involving a 15-year-old runaway found at Moench’s home. After his arrest, parents of two other victims saw his photo on the sheriff’s office’s website and contacted deputies about similar incidents. Those prompted two new charges of sexual battery of a child ages 16 to 17.

Counting all three victims, Moench had been having illegal sexual contact with underage girls since last summer, investigators later alleged.

Moench remains in the Ada County Jail on $200,000 bond.

All three felonies allow sentences of up to life in prison.
