2 California men plead guilty to opiate distribution charges
Two California men have pleaded guilty to charges of distributing opiates in Boise, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Idaho.
According to the release, Michael Kulikoff, 30, and Kenneth Miller, 57, from California City, Calif., worked together to sell between 500 and 1,750 30 mg pills of oxycodone to undercover officers.
Their co-defendants — also of California City — Diane Miller 41, and Crystal Clark, 43, pleaded guilty on Jan. 15. Diana Miller was sentenced to 15 months in prison. Clark will face sentencing on April 4.
The two men could face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $1 million. They will face their sentencing hearing on May 5, according to the release.
