More sex-with-minors charges added to Kuna man's case

Jakob M. Moench, 25, is now charged with having illegal sexual contact with three different underage girls since last summer, the Ada County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday.

Moench was arrested in late January on a charge of lewd conduct with a 15-year-old girl. Shortly after his photo appeared with that charge on the county jail roster, the family member of a different girl called to report similar activity, ACSO said.

The new charges allege sexual battery of a child 16 or 17 years old, the sheriff's office reports. Moench is being held in the Ada County Jail on $200,000 bond. His next court hearing is set for Feb. 26.

The sheriff's office asks anyone with information about other possible victims to call detectives at 577-3734.
