A McCall man has been charged with a number of child sex crimes.

The Valley County Prosecutor’s Office charged Jeffrey Miller, 68, with three felonies on March 31 related to incidents that it alleges occurred between 2002 and 2008.

The charges include two charges of lewd conduct with a minor. Prosecutors allege that Miller had two different types of lewd and lascivious physical contact with a victim between the ages of 3 and 10, according to the criminal complaint.

Prosecutors brought a third felony charge against Miller of child sexual abuse of a second victim, between the ages of 4 and 11.

Magistrate Judge Adam Dingeldein ordered that the affidavit containing additional information on the case be sealed.
