Police investigate bomb threat in a Homedale Albertsons store
One person is in custody after the Homedale Police Department responded to a potential bomb threat at an Albertsons in Homedale on Saturday morning.
The police department posted on Facebook at about 9:40 a.m. that there was an incident at 20 E. Wyoming Ave. in Homedale. One suspect is in custody.
The post stated there was a “potential bomb or harmful device” inside the store.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene and police worked to secure the area, the post says.
Homedale police say they will continue updates as more information becomes available.
