Coroner identifies Boise man killed Sunday night in Bench shooting
The Ada County Coroner’s Office identified the Boise man who was fatally shot on the Bench on Sunday night, saying he suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead early Monday morning.
Christopher Holloway, 23, was found shot shortly after 11:40 p.m. Sunday, when police responded to a report of gunshots on N. Dalton Lane. Holloway died at the scene after paramedics arrived. The coroner ruled the manner of death a homicide.
In the ongoing investigation, police found evidence that shows a possible suspect’s vehicle leaving the area and heading toward Sunflower Lane and then N. Maple Grove. Police urge anyone in the area with private surveillance or doorbell cameras to contact Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.
