The Owyhee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two men suspected of torturing and killing a male victim in Nevada, the office announced in a Thursday post on Facebook.

The office said it worked with the Elko, Nevada, and Elmore County sheriff’s offices to apprehend the suspects in Bruneau, Idaho, after receiving tips.

The two men are being held at the Owyhee County Jail, charged with possession of stolen property at the moment, the post said. Law enforcement officials recovered the victim’s stolen vehicle and have turned it over to the Elko County Sheriff’s Office as part of its ongoing homicide investigation there, according to the post.
