A teenager was arrested after a girl was stabbed during an attempted robbery at a Boise business, according to an Ada County Sheriff’s Office blog post.

Ada County sheriff’s deputies responded Wednesday afternoon to a report of a stabbing at a business near Lake Hazel and Five Mile roads, the Sheriff’s Office said. A girl was stabbed during an attempted robbery and taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to the release.

Deputies searched the area and found a 15-year-old boy who tried to run away from officers, the Sheriff’s Office said. He was arrested on suspicion of attempted robbery, aggravated battery and resisting and obstructing, the release said.
