Idaho man has child sex-crime indictments in 2 counties. Police: Likely are more victims
A Nampa man was indicted in both Ada and Canyon counties on charges including rape, lewd conduct with a minor and sexual abuse of a minor, according to the Nampa Police Department.
Kenneth Ray Dial Jr., 42, was indicted Wednesday by a Canyon County grand jury after an investigation into his conduct with two underage females, who reported that Dial gave them alcohol and drugs, and “propositioned them for sexual acts,” police said.
“Detectives fear there are other juvenile victims of Kenneth Ray Dial Jr. in the Treasure Valley,” a police news release said.
During an investigation, Kuna deputies received a report accusing Dial of sexually abusing two underage females as far back as 2014, according to the release. The Ada County Sheriff’s Office and Nampa police launched a joint investigation, and Dial was arrested in early August.
He was indicted by a grand jury in Ada County on three counts of lewd conduct with a minor prior to being indicted in Canyon.
If anyone has been in contact with Dial, they can call Nampa Police Detective Maddox at 208-468-5509. People who are not victims but have information about Dial may can anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS, www.343cops.com or download their app, “P3 Tips”, the release said.
