Boise police are investigating an early-morning armed robbery that occurred Wednesday on the 6000 block of W. Fairview Avenue, according to a news release.

The Boise Police Department said the robbery occurred just before 5 a.m., and evidence showed that an armed man entered the business, demanded cash and fled.

Police officers searched the area but still have not identified the suspect, who was described as 25 to 30 years old, white, around 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He was wearing a hoodie, gray sweatpants, a black beanie, sunglasses and a green bandanna over his face.
