The Boise Police Department said it located and arrested a 35-year-old man Tuesday who was suspected of arson earlier this month.

The Hayden man allegedly threw a container filled with a flammable substance in the front yard of a Boise home on Aug. 14, which caused the yard and fence to burn, according to multiple tweets from police. No one was injured.

The home is located near State Street and North Clover Drive.

The man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree arson, first-degree stalking and unlawful use of destructive devices or bomb, online jail records showed. He was booked into the Ada County Jail on Tuesday afternoon, according to jail records.

“Thank you to everyone who shares our messages and calls in tips when we ask for information,” police said in a tweet.
