Boise man arrested, accused of possessing sexually exploitative material of children

Police arrested a 49-year-old Boise man Wednesday on multiple counts of suspected possession of sexually exploitative material involving children.

Chester Hartman was booked after the Idaho Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit executed a search warrant on June 23.

He remains in custody at the Ada County Jail with bond set at $250,000.

The Ada County Sheriff’s Office and Ada County Prosecutor’s Office assisted the ICAC Unit with the arrest.
