Internet Crimes Against Children unit arrests 2 Idaho men on child porn charges

Two Idaho men, one from Nampa and one from Ammon, were arrested Wednesday on child pornography charges, according to the Idaho Attorney General’s Office.

In a news release, AG Lawrence Wasden announced that Internet Crimes Against Children unit investigators worked on cases that led to federal charges for one suspect and state charges for the other.

Cameron M. Benjamin, 21, of Nampa, was charged with possession of child pornography, a federal crime, according to the release. Timothy K. Stillman, 54, of Ammon, was charged at the state level with sexual exploitation of a child.

The Nampa Police Department and the United States Postal Inspection Service assisted the ICAC unit in Benjamin’s case, the AG’s office said, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office is prosecuting.

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho Falls Police Department and Moscow Police Department assisted ICAC in Stillman’s arrest, the release said, and he was booked into the Bonneville County Jail.

Anyone with information regarding the exploitation of children is encouraged to contact local police, the Attorney General’s ICAC unit at 208-947-8700, or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
