18-year-old woman hospitalized after Nampa stabbing
Police are seeking information on a stabbing that left one 18-year-old woman hospitalized, according to Nampa Police Department press release.
The Nampa woman was transported to a local hospital after the incident was reported at 1:50 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of First Street South in Nampa. The extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.
A Nampa detective witnessed the altercation, according to the release.
“The detective made contact with two females that appeared to be fighting,” the release stated. “Upon making contact, the detective observed an 18-year-old female had been stabbed. The detective attempted to administer first aid, however, another disturbance broke out between other involved parties.”
That’s when additional officers arrived at the scene to assist.
