UPDATE: Parents of the missing child have been located, Nampa PD says
Nampa Police say they have located the parents of a 2-year-old boy named Ian who they found on Friday morning.
He is safe and no further information was released.
Police tweeted that they found the child in the 300 block of 11th Avenue North, wearing Paw Patrol pajamas. He had a Spider-Man blanket with him.
