The man believed to have left with a 14-year-old Wilder girl on Monday was booked into Canyon County jail on Tuesday evening.
Police reported Tuesday that they found 14-year-old Jasmyne Olenik safely and were still looking for Hector Flores Arias, 35. Arias was in the jail roster Wednesday.
On Monday, police began investigating the case after Jasmyne had last been seen leaving Wilder High School and police believed the girl left school voluntarily to meet Arias.
Arias was wanted by police for questioning and the Canyon County jail’s inmate roster showed he was booked in around 5:15 p.m. Tuesday and is behind held on a parole violation.
