Suspect in custody after 2 people stabbed in Downtown Boise

Two people were stabbed early Saturday near 6th and Main streets in Downtown Boise, according to a Boise Police Department press release.

The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. on the 100 block of S. 6th Street, police said. Two victims were hospitalized, one with what appeared to be life-threatening injuries.

Police said a suspect is in custody and an investigation is ongoing. They’re seeking witnesses and ask anyone who witnessed the stabbing to call 208-377-6790.
